Where do we begin?

First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your financial needs (and if I’m a good fit to help you reach your goals) or as I like to call it, your bookkeeping blueprint. We will discuss your transaction volume, your products, services and what you are looking to achieve with hiring a bookkeeper.

What will it cost?

Pricing is based on two things: financial volume and timeline. This keeps you paying for only what you need based on your business size and activity. Financial volume is all reconcilable transactions for Cash, Bank, Loan or any finance accounts connected to QuickBooks. Timeline can range from a few days for a one time service to monthly servicing for ongoing maintenance. (We strive to provide competitive rates and will always require your approval before we begin).

How long do we service your company?

We generally provide ongoing services on a monthly basis to each client, with the contract option of bi-annual and annual service agreements.

For one time services such as clean up projects, the timeline will be determined by the current state of your books.

What is included with Bookkeeping Services?

With al a carte services, you get to chose exactly what you want. Generally, clients will opt to receive monthly financial reports and a one time post-report consultation with personalized insight to help understand your finances. Don’t know what to pick?
